Shoreline gold metallic guitar lacquer in nitrocellulose, a softer “champagne gold” guitar finish inspired by the 1959 Pontiac and used by Fender from 1960 to 1965. Usage

Compatibility
Compatible with: nitrocellulose primer, nitrocellulose varnish, grain filler, and polish pastes.
Preparation & Application
- Shake the can vigorously for 2–5 minutes before use.
- Apply thin layers to avoid drips and ensure homogeneous coverage.
- Work in low humidity conditions.
- Spray with a uniform movement from approximately 20 cm distance.
- Wait 12–24 hours between coats.
- Optionally sand slightly between coats.
- Apply a primer and sand to 400 grit before spraying.
Safety
Nitrocellulose is toxic; use protection whilst finishing (goggles, mask, gloves) and apply outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
