Track My Guitar Order
Ordered your kit and can't wait to start building? Here's everything you need to know to track my guitar order in the UK, from our UK workshop to your doorstep.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. For a full walkthrough of what happens after checkout, see our guitar kit order guide.
Step 1 — Order Confirmed
You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and invoice as soon as your order is placed.
Step 2 — Order Processed
Our team picks, packs, and prepares your guitar kit within 1–2 working days.
Step 3 — Dispatched
Once dispatched from our UK warehouse, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time.
Step 4 — Delivered
Your parcel arrives at your door. Please sign the delivery note and inspect the package upon receipt.
How to Check Guitar Kit Order Tracking
There are two ways to check your Guitar Fabrik order status in the UK:
- Tracking email — once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the courier's tracking page.
- Your account — log in to My Account and go to your order history to see the latest status and tracking details.
Postage Status
We deliver to home addresses or any address where someone is available to receive and sign on receipt. For estimated UK timescales and postage charges by region, see our guitar kit delivery page.
