Home Delivery

Your order will be processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1–2 working days. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you can follow its journey on our track my guitar order page, and our guitar kit order guide explains what happens at each stage after checkout.

Guitar Delivery Times

Guitar kit delivery times depend on your destination and which warehouse your items are dispatched from. Estimated guitar delivery times for each region are shown below.

UK Mainland

  • DPD guitar shipping — Next Day Service — For products stocked in our UK warehouse, available once your order has been dispatched.
  • 3–6 working days — For products dispatched from our French warehouse. Please note that delivery may occasionally take slightly longer due to customs processing between the EU and the UK.

France

  • 1–2 working days once your order has been processed.

Other EU Destinations

  • 3–5 working days via Chronopost, DPD, or UPS.

US, Australia, New Zealand & Worldwide

  • 5–7 working days via our trusted international couriers.

Guitar kit shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Where applicable, our postage rates include all customs fees and duties, with VAT included.

Enjoy FREE UK delivery on orders over £210 (VAT included). Your free postage option will apply automatically at checkout.

EU & European Destinations

All retail prices include VAT, and our postage charges include customs clearance where applicable. In the rare event that you receive a customs payment request, simply get in touch with our guitar fabrik sales support team and we will arrange the payment on your behalf.
