Guitar Kit Order Guide: What Happens After Placing Your Order

Everything you need to know after placing your order at Guitar Fabrik in the UK — simple and fast.

From Purchase to Reception

Once you have placed your order for a guitar kit, corps, manche or parts:

  • You will receive an order confirmation and invoice by email. You can also check your Guitar Fabrik Account to access your outstanding orders and order history.
  • Your order will be processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse by our Delivery Team within 1 working day.
  • An email will be sent to inform you about the delivery process via our UK warehouse and courier (DPD).
  • You will be informed by email of all important delivery stages until your package arrives. You can also track my guitar order from your account at any time.

Upon Delivery Date

  • When receiving the parcel, please make sure that you sign the Delivery Note / Proof of Delivery.
  • Something doesn't look right? If you are not happy with the parcel because it is damaged or doesn't look right, please refuse to receive the parcel and make a note of your refusal on the Delivery Note. Also, take a photo of the parcel and contact us at info@theguitarfabrik.com so that we have all evidence to support a claim with our courier. Please note that claims take 7–10 working days to process.

Free UK Delivery

Take advantage of free UK delivery for purchases over £230 (VAT included) in the United Kingdom. With DPD guitar shipping you will receive your order within 1 to 3 working days via the DPD Next Day Delivery Service.

If you want to return an item, nothing could be simpler. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to do so.*

* Free returns are accepted if the product has not been damaged or modified (for example, if you have started to paint or varnish a component). Otherwise, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
