Charcoal frost metallic guitar paint in a 400ml nitrocellulose aerosol, applied after the primer/sealer to add colour and an extra protective layer. This metallic charcoal spray paint delivers a deep, shimmering charcoal frost tone for your build. In stock in the UK with fast UK delivery.

Usage

The charcoal frost colour lacquer is applied after the primer/sealer coat. It provides the guitar's colour design and adds an additional protective layer for a durable guitar finishing result.

Application

  • Shake the can vigorously for 2–5 minutes before use.
  • Apply thin coats in a low-humidity environment from approximately 20 cm, using uniform passes.
  • Allow 12–24 hours between coats; lightly sand between coats if desired.
  • Apply a primer and sand to around P400 before colour coats.
  • Use appropriate protection; apply outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.

Compatibility

This metallic charcoal paint is compatible with our nitrocellulose lacquers and nitrocellulose varnish, as well as our grain filler and guitar polishing products.
