- Complex body curves require careful spraying to avoid paint drips.
- Set-in manche requires precise alignment, scale length, and action checks before gluing.
- Hard ash wood typically needs pre-drilling before installing screws.
- Solderless wiring simplifies electronics installation.
- Chevalet placement must be accurately positioned for proper intonation.
- High-mass chevalet allows full intonation and string height adjustment.
- Manche is non-removable after gluing; accurate prep is critical.
