Spray cans offer an easy way to apply lacquer evenly without the need for additional equipment such as a spray gun. Shake the can vigorously for 2 to 5 minutes before use. Apply thin, even coats from a distance of approximately 20 cm (8 inches), moving smoothly across the surface. Work in a low-humidity environment to avoid moisture issues. Allow 12 to 24 hours drying time between coats, and lightly sand between layers if necessary to ensure a smooth build-up. Always apply a primer coat and sand with 400-grit before using the colour lacquer.
Important: Nitrocellulose is toxic. Always wear appropriate protection such as goggles, a mask, and gloves (available on our website), and apply the lacquer outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
