Craft a premium quality electric guitar with our PRS style kit featuring a high-quality Canadian maple neck and bone nut. The solderless wiring makes electronics setup a breeze.
Guitar Build Levels and Challenges
The PR Tremolo Kit is perfect for intermediate builders: the mahogany body’s slight porosity means you’ll need some grain filler for a smooth, professional finish, and its graceful curves make painting enjoyable with a bit of attention to detail. The maple neck requires no filler at all, simplifying that part of the process. Assembly offers a satisfying challenge with a set-in neck—be sure to carefully check string action and alignment before gluing—and our solderless wiring system keeps electronics straightforward while you manage tremolo bridge positioning, mounting, and adjustment. Finally, the tremolo bridge allows precise per-string intonation and height control, and although the slight neck inclination calls for setup verification, the removable nut lets you fine-tune playability to your preference.
